  • Guest：The room was little bit small and out dated. The hot water was not quite working. However, the staffs were nice and responded to requests.
  • Guest：Best Reception we got in Chiang Mai. Dai and Ton were very welcoming, always smiling, eager to assist and we got assistance from them several times. The rest of the staff in the reception and in the kitchen were very polite, and professional too. That made the stay very pleasant. They speak fluent English with Thai accent. We pre order s breakfast as we have to leave at 7am in the morning. The breakfast was great, with fresh fruits and an orchid flower. The towels need replacement though as they are brown already. The beddings are crisp white. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool and gym..

  • Guest：Staff at the counter are rather helpful and friendly I spent most of my time outdoors and couldn't comment on service and amenities I find the check-in time of 3 pm rather late, as it requires me to spend several outdoors hours with my luggage before being accompanied.
